Simply select the correct size, place your order, and leave a brief note for us at checkout. We will then send you an email address where you can submit your personal artwork.

This Wedding Candle set includes: 

  • 1 Pillar Candle and 2 dinner candles, all white

Please note: Candle holders are not included.

Order Process:   To customize this candle set with your design, choose the size of your set, place your order and leave a "special instruction" for us in the instruction field while adding to cart asking for an email address to submit your personal artwork.

After payment and confirming your order, we will send you a digital mock-up of the design for your approval. Please review the mock-up carefully and make sure that all the details, such as name, date, and church, are correct. Approval is required within 48 hours to ensure timely processing. If no approval is received, we will proceed with the order as per the mock-up. Please double-check all personalization details before placing your order, as we are not responsible for errors once the design is approved. 

Returns & Cancellations:
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.

Processing & Shipping: Processing time is 5-7 business days from approval, not including shipping. 

Custom Messages: If you’d like to add a personalized message to your candle, we will do our best to accommodate your request based on the available design space.

Care Tips & Usage

Candle Care:

Dust Removal: Your candles may develop a light layer of dust, known as "bloom," due to the natural waxes and dyes. Simply wipe the candles with a soft cloth to restore their appearance.

Wick Trimming: Trim the wick to 5mm before each lighting.

Holder Use: Use an appropriate holder to protect surfaces and linens.

Foreign Materials: Keep the candle free of any foreign materials.

Extinguishing Flame: Use an appropriate tool to extinguish the flame. Extinguish when the candle is at least 2cm from the holder or base to prevent injury or property damage.

Supervision and Surface: Always burn the candle within sight and on a heat-resistant surface.

Children and Pets: Keep out of reach of children and pets.

Drafts and Vibrations: Keep away from drafts, vents, and vibrations to avoid dripping and compromising the burn time.

Handling: Do not move the candle when lit or when the wax is liquid. Fire Hazards: Never burn a candle near anything that can catch fire.

Candle Spacing: For optimal performance, do not place candles too close together. Position them at least 10 cm apart to prevent overheating and excessive dripping or pooling.

Glassware: Adding candles into glassware, such as a glass cylinder or sleeve, can affect burn time due to the added heat and trapped hot air. Burning a candle in too small glassware may cause rapid burning, dripping, or pooling.

Storage: Store candles in a cool, dark space, out of direct sunlight and away from heat sources to avoid fading, warping, or melting.
