After payment and confirming your order, we will send you a digital mock-up of the design for your approval. Please review the mock-up carefully and make sure that all the details, such as logo or text are correct. Approval is required within 48 hours to ensure timely processing. If no approval is received, we will proceed with the order as per the mock-up. Please double-check all personalisation details before placing your order, as we are not responsible for errors once the design is approved. 

Returns & Cancellations:
Custom and personalized items are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Cancellations can be made within 24 hours of purchase. If you encounter any issues with your order, feel free to reach out to us for assistance.
